At this point, you’ve already had a detailed phone consult with Fiona to discuss your pet’s unique situation. Once you sign on as a Priority Client you will have access to Fiona through text messages and can schedule additional phone consults if needed.
When you’re ready to schedule, simply let us know. As a priority client, Fiona is committed to fitting you in within 24 hours if you find yourself needing her help on short notice.
If Fiona is going to be unavailable, you’ll be notified ahead of time.
Each month, if we haven’t heard from you throughout the month, we’ll reach out and see how everyone is doing. Your priority status will renew automatically until you schedule euthanasia or ask us to cancel for you.
